It was marvellous and magnificent to all the main tourist attractions in the city.

The apartment was decent and fairly clean, with an electric kettle, refrigerators, and kitchenware etc for me to make a meal. All the staff were very helpful day and night;))

Great location near all downtown attractions. The staff went above and beyond by providing dish soap and washing our dishes. The daily cannon shot from Cerro Santa Lucia added to the charm. Although the apartments lacked safe boxes, the building was gated with security guards for added safety. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

It had an unbeatable and incredible setting close to a beautiful historical district, and plaza. And I was located to all the main tourist attractions in the city. The staff were efficient and exceptional people, I had a such wonderful stay out of service during my entire 3 day stay.

The place is fairly clean with silent rooms and great views over downtown. Efficient staff ensured an excellent stay out of service during our entire 3 day stay. Good to have a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. The venue has stunning setting close to everything. It's nestled in historic building.

I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

Conveniently located in the city center with easy access to attractions and transport. Airport pick-up option available for smooth check-in. Quick response to air conditioning issue. Clean apartment with great views. Helpful staff and English speaking.

Its location was indeed stunning, walking distance to a subway station. Every staff member was efficient and provided a good service. During the stay everything was good and I got wake up service as a compliment.

The property is decent, clean has great facilities for 3 days or more stay in Santiago. The apartment is unbeatable and decent, near St Lucia's hill. Not to mention that it's very close to shops, Santa Lucia metro stations and Santiago...

loved our stay in santiago, but amistar made it even better. perfect location, friendly staff, clean apartment with stunning views. walking distance to everything and great eateries nearby. exceeded our expectations!

The pool don`t have heater.

universidad catolica tube station is adjacent to the property, only a 5-minute walk. set in the middle of the city. one of the restaurants, bocanariz, was within short walking distance to the apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at Amistar! The location was perfect, with great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, and the views of the Andes from my room were breathtaking. The supermarket downstairs was a bonus, and I loved being able to cook my own meals. The housekeeping service was excellent, and Nick, the manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities.

Good location, quick booking and checkout.

Wifi was very slow in some rooms, no hair dryer, no iron. Needed some basics. Double rooms usually include a queen size bed and a bunk bed. Bunk bed are barely for adults. In terms of design and general aspect, was not very likely with the picture on the site. Expected a biggest bang for my buck.

Awesome location, accommodating host, silent and modern room, everything you need. Good service is a plus. Kitchenette is available for you to cook. Has exceptionally comfortable beds, everything clean.
